Bruce Senecal, age 67, passed away suddenly Saturday, January 14, 2017.
He was born in Springfield, Mass., but lived most of his life in Cuyahoga Falls. He was a graduate of Buchtel High School and attended The University of Akron.
He was a "http://www.legacy.com/memorial-sites/navy/?personid=183633287&affiliateI" veteran and worked for Karman Rubber for the past 45 years.
He was an avid animal lover and enjoyed fishing, gardening and sailing with his family.
Bruce was preceded in death by his loving wife and soulmate, Patricia Senecal (Purdy);
Father, William J. Senecal Jr., and Mother, Jane Kathryn Senecal (Pfaffinger).
He leaves behind his daughter, Stephanie (Joe) Elton; beloved granddaughter, Penelope;
brothers, Bill (Corrinda), Peter (Rose), Kathryn (Joe) Pecko.
He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews including two who lived locally,
his niece, Karyn Reiheld (Senecal) and nephew, Stephen Senecal.
The two of them loved checking in on their Uncle and listening to his stories and nuggets
of wisdom.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, January 20, 2017, at 10 a.m. at
St. Vincent Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, Bruce's love for dogs may be carried on<
through memorials to Pawsibilities, 7996 Darrow Rd. #30, Twinsburg, OH 44087.
