Hi all!  I've been married for 32 years to the same wonderful guy and we have 2 great adult kids. I've had an interesting career in nursing and now work as a consultant where I research and write medical guidelines that feed into hospital electronic medical records around the world. Have just worked out a deal where I can work offsite during the winter months, meaning I can work from any computer on the planet with high speed internet access. So hubby and I hope to head south this winter as our Minnesota blizzards are getting a bit old.

2016 update: sadly my husband passed away after a lengthy bout with cancer. Miss him terribly but am busy figuring out how to keep our 100 plus year old house in repair.

2022 update: Retired in 2015, went back to work. Retired again in 2017, went back to work. I think as of mid year 2022 I'm finally retired. Keep busy with online volunteer work for one US based and one international organization. Moved to a 55+ apartment last year as my turn of the last century home was just getting too much to maintain. Traveled a lot prior to the pandemic and now do more local and regional traveling where I can just drive and not have to deal with airplane delays. Hope to see folks the year we turn 75. Both my adult children live close by so I'm fortunate to be able to see family often.
