Lynda Marie (Saari) Madden, 68, passed away on May 9, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

Lynda was born on November 15, 1949 to Paul Saari and Frances Walker. She attended Buchtel High School and graduated in 1967. During her time in high school Lynda enjoyed home economics and spending time with her girlfriends from the neighborhood. From her first date with Mike Madden in the spring of 1965 to see "The Sound of Music", Lynda was smitten. The two corresponded while Mike was in the Marine Corps overseas. The relationship was cemented with a "P.S. Will you marry me?" proposal which Lynda received in her bathrobe and curlers. The two married on January 11, 1969 at St. Vince...

John M. "Marty" Schott, 70, passed away July 6, 2020. Born in Akron, Ohio to John and Harriett (Outland) Schott, he was a lifelong Akron area resident. John was a graduate of Buchtel High School and the University of Akron. He worked as an Insurance Adjuster with Grange Insurance for many years before starting his own company, Schott Associates. John enjoyed writing poetry, playing pool, photography, reading, baseball and spending time with his family. He was born in Springfield, Mass., but lived most of his life in Cuyahoga Falls. He was a graduate of Buchtel High School and attended The University of Akron.

Martha Ann Tate Drosyk of Enterprise, Ala., passed away Sunday, June 24, 2012 at Medical Center Enterprise.
She was 62.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 28, 2012, at St. John Catholic Church with
